Hunter Biden Sentencing Scheduled For Week After Election

A federal judge has set Hunter Biden's sentencing date for the week after the 2024 election.

Hunter Biden is Sentenced U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika on Friday found Biden guilty of three felony firearms charges on Nov. 13. A Delaware jury found Biden guilty in June of three charges related to allegations he purchased a handgun while high on drugs.

President Joe Biden said after the verdict that he would not pardon or commute his son's sentence. Hunter Biden faces up to 25 years in prison.

Hunter Biden was also indicted in December on tax evasion charges. His trial on those charges begins on September 5 in California.
