Judge Assigned To Hear DNC’s Lawsuit Against Trump Donated To Biden

A judge hearing the Democratic lawsuit against the Trump administration has been donated to former President Joe Biden.

The DNC lawsuit argues that Trump’s efforts to assert control over the agency are putting FEC’s independence at stake.

The party has expressed concern that the FEC’s “bipartisan expert committee” will be overtaken by the legal interpretation of “political opponents.”

“The extinction of FEC’s independence and the replacement by executive orders will harm plaintiffs by placing the head of the opposing political party responsible for interpreting the campaign finance laws of the administrative division,” the lawsuit states.

In another case, Ali issued an order to the Trump administration until the next day on Tuesday, resuming payments for frozen foreign aid of an estimated $2 billion. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts grabbed Ali’s orders Wednesday night.

Republican Tennessee Rep. Andy Ogles Submit Articles impeachment against Ali on Thursday.

“Judge Ali has not alienated the President of the President of the United States to empower the President of the United States to carry out foreign policy and further compromise the President’s fiduciary duty to review federal agencies and programs,” the resolution states. “This violation of this patent constitutional precedent is necessarily to eliminate explanations based on the ignorance of the highest law of the land, and is in complete contradiction with serving the United States as a district court judge.”
