Arizona Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Kali Lake filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County election officials for violating election laws. Lake also claimed that 118 polling stations appeared to have “printer/counting issues,” but officials previously said that 60 polls had printer issues corrected before polls were closed. He said there is a place.
Democrat Katie Hobbs, who is currently Arizona’s secretary of state, said: Predicted as the race winner 10 days ago. A close ally of former President Donald Trump, who refused to acknowledge that President Joe Biden won the 2020 election, Lake has yet to acknowledge his run for governor.
Lake announced the lawsuit on Wednesday Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast calls the 2022 election “the worst election ever.”
“I want information,” Lake said. “We’re on a timeline, a very tight timeline when it comes to fighting this failed election, but they’re limping.”

On election day, Maricopa County Oversight Board Chairman Bill Gates said 60 polling places had a printing problem that was fixed before the polls closed. Gates said the problem with the printer was technical and the ink wasn’t printed dark enough for the machine to read.
However, Lake argued in his lawsuit that “polling stations were chaotic, voters were frustrated, and voters had to endure long lines because of printer/counter machine problems.”
Lake’s lawsuit also seeks several public records specifically related to solicitation. The filing states that without access to the requested records, plaintiffs “cannot ascertain the full extent of the issues identified and their impact on electors.”
“We have assembled the best and brightest legal team and are exploring all means to right the many wrongs that were made last week,” Lake said in a video released last week.
Lake has been suing in Maricopa County, Arizona’s largest county, which includes Phoenix, Arizona, since Election Day. On November 9, she told Fox News that the state had “a shoddy election run by idiots” and that, if elected, she would call a special session of the Arizona legislature to deal with it.
She also said election officials were “moving slowly” on the ballot counting process. Gates said on Nov. 10 that he was “aggressive”.”
“We are never slowing down. If their team had been paying attention before the election, they would have heard us talking about this over and over again. We won’t get results on election night or the day after, Gates said.”It was going to take a few days. Frankly, these people behind me were working 14 to 18 hours.” It’s offensive to hear Kali Lake say we’re doing this slowly when we’re still there.”
