Yuma — Here are the latest Yuma County general election results released Wednesday morning: Does not include races in which you have not participated.

Of the 111,666 registered voters in Yuma County, 35,980 votes were cast, or 32.22% of registered voters.

Yuma County —

· County Assessor — Republican Stevie Seale received 22,301 votes, or 62.26% of the total votes cast, while Democrat Brian De La Hoya received 11,871 votes, or 34.74% of the total votes cast.

· County Recorder — Republican David Lara received 21,968 votes, or 64.34% of the total votes cast, while Democrat Emilia Cortez received 12,176 votes, or 35.66% of the total votes cast.

· County Superintendent of Schools — Republican incumbent Tom Hart received 21,981 votes, or 64.76% of the votes cast, while Democrat Norma Nelson received 11,961 votes, or 35.24% of the votes cast.

· County Treasurer — Republican David Alexandre received 20,366 votes, or 60.06% of the total votes cast, while Democrat Angela Pankraj Moreno received 13,546 votes, or 39.94% of the total votes cast.

City of Yuma —

· City Councilmember — Mark Martinez received 7,022 votes, or 54.39% of the votes cast, while Martin Garcia received 5,889 votes, or 45.61% of the votes cast.

· PROP 425 (Mayor and City Council Members Salary Increase) — Currently leading with 8,480 votes or 55.84% of votes cast. There were 6,707 votes in favor, accounting for 44.16% of the total votes.

Yuma Elementary School District 1 School

· Board Member — Jeff Stoner received 12,053 votes, or 30.66% of the votes cast. David Ybarra received 11,639 votes, or 29.61% of the votes cast. Cori Rico received 8,029 votes, or 20.43% of the total votes cast. And Faith Klostreich received 7,586 votes, or 19.30% of the votes cast.

· Proposition 428 ($77 million bond) — Currently no votes leading with 11,551 votes, or 58.73% of the votes cast. There were 8,117 votes in favor, or 41.27% of the votes cast.

Somerton Elementary School District 11 —

· Director — Juan F. Castillo received 1,086 votes, or 27.62% of the votes cast. Lorena Delgadillo received 1.018 votes, or 25.89% of the total votes cast. Christina Clark received 973 votes, or 24.75% of the total votes cast. Elizabeth B. Moreno received 855 votes (21.74% of the total votes cast).

· PROP 429 (14$ Million Bond) — Currently leading with 1983 yes votes, or 50.26% of the votes. There were 973 non-votes, which is 49.74% of the votes cast.
