Phoenix (AZ Family) — This year’s Maricopa County Fair is bringing even more thrills, excitement and fun to the Valley.
The fair will be held from April 5th to 14th at the Arizona Expo and nearby State Fairgrounds. 19th Street and McDowell Road.
In addition to food, rides, magicians, performances, and heart-pounding fun, this year’s fair will feature two new shows: the Splash Sea Lion Show and the Globe of Death.
The Splash Sea Lion Show brings the ocean to the desert, offering up-close views of marine animals and educational performances. Glove of Death features electrifying, adrenaline-pumping performances from daredevil motorcyclists defying gravity as they race at high speed inside a steel sphere.
“The Maricopa County Fair is a beloved annual event that unites the community to celebrate the best our county has to offer. This year, with the theme ’24 More,’ we welcome all visitors to an even bigger event. “We are committed to providing an excellent fair experience,” said Director Karen Searle.
Admission to the fair is $10, and you can also purchase special discounts on admission and ride wristbands.
