Megyn Kelly Says She Doesn’t ‘Really Give A Sh*t About Your Due Process’ After Biden Opened Border To Millions

SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly told a podcast on Tuesday that he “really doesn’t give you shit” about the legitimate process of illegal immigration after former President Joe Biden opened the US southern border to millions.

The border crisis has been a major issue for then-President Biden and then-President Kamala Harris in their respective 2024 campaigns against current President Donald Trump. Kelly said Americans are tired of the border crisis when discussing with a DC judge over Trump’s deportation of Justice Department (DOJ) court.

“Joe Biden opened the border and millions of very bad baggage crossed the southern border. [and] Currently in the United States, killing, raping and hurting our children, ourselves, our neighbors.

“I really, go out! Go out. I don’t really shit about your legitimate process, Kelly asked.

Kelly performed a clip of Border Emperor Tom Homan on ABC’s “This Week,” clashed with host Jonathan Carl on Sunday over the Trump administration’s push to the Venezuelan gangster Tren de Aragua (TDA) exile. “Due Process – Where is the due process for Laken Riley? Are all these young women killed and raped by members of the TDA? Where was their due process? Young women on the subway, where is her due process?” Homan asked Carl during an interview.

On March 15, Trump called the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 against the TDA, allowing its members to be arrested and taken away from the United States as “an alien enemy.” On the same day, the president deported more than 200 migrants to El Salvador, urging US District Judge James E. Boasberg to try and suspend deportation.

Boasberg declared an emergency hearing that night, extending an order that “all non-citizens of US custody” should not be deported. He orally suggested that deported flights that had already departed should be returned, but he did not include them in writing; According to To CBS News.

Since the order, Boasberg asked whether the Trump administration intentionally violated his ruling after it was confirmed that more than 200 migrants had landed in El Salvador on the morning of March 16th. The case was then brought to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

A panel of judges of DC heard the oral debate on Monday. Circuit Judge Patricia Millett attracted media attention after telling Trump administration officials “there were no procedures to notify people.”

The panel is expected to make a decision to DOJ in the coming days. According to To ABC News.
