James Douglas McDaniel was struck by a car at the corner of Chino Drive and Adobe Road on January 2, according to the sheriff's office.
Mojave County, Arizona — mojave county The sheriff's office is searching for the person responsible for a hit-and-run crash that killed a man in Golden Valley earlier this week.
According to the sheriff's office, James Douglas McDaniel, 69, of Golden Valley, was struck by a car at the intersection of Chino Drive and Adobe Road on Jan. 2 around 7:40 p.m.
When responding officers arrived, they found McDaniel lying in the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A description of the vehicle involved is not available.
A reward of up to $1,500 is being offered for information leading to the identification of the vehicle and driver involved in this incident.
